Ashton Gate Stadium Collection Dates

BCAFC will be making a collection at Ashton Gate Stadium on 19th January 02 (Bristol City v Northampton) and 26th February 02 (Bristol City v Peterborough). Our thanks to Bristol City FC for this opportunity.

Mencap Challenge Fund Award

BCAFC Reserves have received a Mencap Challenge Award for £3000  to participate in the National Multidisabled Football League Division 1 South and to develop a ladies 5-a-side squad.

  BCAFC Street Collections

BCAFC have secured two street collection dates on Saturday 29th September 01 at North Street / East Street Bedminster and Sunday 2nd December 01 Citywide.

This is to raise money for a Scotland Tour in April 2002.

    Awards For All   

BCAFC have been successful for a second time in receiving an Awards For All Grant from Sport England for £4600. This will enable us to develop our squads, participate in the NMFL league, provide coach training and volunteer expenses.

    GWR FM / Travel Inn Metro Christmas Appeal Award 19th March 01

BCAFC received a cheque for £250 from the GWR FM / Travel Inn Metro Christmas Appeal Award at the Marriot Royal Hotel towards our new project to develop a reserve 11-a-side squad for the national league next season and a ladies 5-a-side squad.

         Memorial Ground to Ashton Gate 

Player's Committee organised this fundraising event with the help of GWR Classic Gold. We raised £187 on the street collection and an estimated £800 individual player  sponsorships.
